These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Purchaser") and JIUSI ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, mobile applications, or any JIUSI platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Service and must discontinue use immediately.

JIUSI products are designed and manufactured for remote control vehicle applications. All products undergo testing before shipment. RC vehicles are mechanical devices that require proper handling, maintenance, and operation in accordance with provided instructions.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

Users must operate JIUSI products in accordance with provided documentation and applicable local laws and regulations.

- COMMERCIAL USE WITHOUT PROPER LICENSING

All orders are subject to acceptance by JIUSI. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. JIUSI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIUSI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

RC vehicles involve risks including mechanical failure, loss of control, crashes, and potential for property damage. By purchasing and using JIUSI products, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use products safely, responsibly, and in accordance with all provided instructions and applicable laws.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
JIUSI handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is harmful to other users or third parties.
TERMS MODIFICATION
JIUSI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
